Helping people is something that I have done for a long time, including becoming a volunteer firefighter and an EMT while attending the University of Rhode Island for my undergraduate degree and I worked as an EMT-Cardiac until my husband and I decided to start a family. I stayed home with our son, while bartending at night, until he went to first grade.
I started my financial career in 2016 when I accepted a payroll sales position and was excited to move up to a position in 401(k) retirement plan sales nine months later. I was passionate about helping people save for their retirement, but I quickly realized that people had questions and needed advice that I was unable to provide at the time due to the restrictions of the position and not holding the licenses that would enable me to do so. Having lost a parent, and the other becoming disabled by the time that I was 22, I realized that planning for the future is of paramount importance. I decided then to become a Financial Advisor. I had trusted my own finances to Brea Hutchinson for 13 years, so I was thrilled when she gave me the opportunity to join her team and made the move in 2019. I worked hard to become licensed as an advisor at the beginning of 2020 and professionally hold the Series 7 and series 66, through LPL Financial, and assist clients in numerous states.
I reside in North Kingstown with my husband, son, and our beloved Lab. In my free time I enjoy traveling, camping, skiing and spending time at the beach. Also, each year I am proud to fund-raise for our brave Veterans by running and recruiting a team for the Run to Home Base at Fenway Park.
